Who is Cuitla Professional Services?Cuitla Professional Services is originally Cuitla Cleaning Services. The founders has decided to add more services than just Cleaning Services. With that, we are still operating as Cuitla Cleaning Services LLC. But soon we will rename our company to Cuitla Professional Services. Which allow us to add more services under the same name/brand. We will provide more information about our new services. When the information comes available. Be the first to know by creating an account with us. What Services Are Currently Offered?At the moment, Cuitla Professional Services offers Residential and Commercial Cleaning Services. Soon we are planning to add more services in the same holding brand. Cuitla Professional Services will always be 100% local and serving multiple cities.

What Form of Payments Are Accepted?The following are acceptable form of payments: - Cash - Check - Zelle - Venmo - PayPal (*) - Credit/Debit Cards (*) By using payments with (*) are subject to a processing fee. These fees are apply to every time the clients uses those form of payments. All other forms of payment that does NOT have the (*) are not subject to the fees. Fees are vary depending on what form of payment (PayPal or Credit/Debit Cards) is being used. For Our Residential Clients We Offer: - Maintanence Cleaning (also known as Standard Cleaning) - Deep Cleaning - Move-in or Move-out Cleaning - Post Construction Cleaning Add-ons - Oven Deep Cleaning - Refridgerator Deep Cleaning - Window Cleaning - Garage/Driveway Pressure Washing For Commercial Clients We Offer: - Maintenance Office Cleaning - Deep Office Cleaning - Office Move-in or Move-out Cleaning Add-ons: - Restocking Paper Towels - Restocking Toilet Papers - Restocking Soap *We do offer our own soap dispenser at additional cost. How Do You Charge Your Services?Non like other cleaning services that go by hour rate. We go by flat rate. This flat rate is what the client is expected to pay every visit we go. No surprised or changes to their rate. The flat rate will remain lock till the client wishes to suspend their services. Or when we notify all of our clients for any upcoming changes. Do keep in mind after not using our services for a long time. Your rate may increase once you wish to restart your services with us. You can request your free estimate. We are required to look at the residential or business to give an estimate. To determine our prices we ask the following: - How frequent you want the place to be cleaned? - Are their any chemicals you prefer us to use? - What additional Add-on you would like? If you or anyone in your house or business is allergic, or have any health problems. We strongly advise you to notify us immediately. So we can take proper steps and avoid using certain chemicals. We will ask all of our clients of this matter.

What Areas Do You Serve?We currently serve Greenville and Columbia. In addition, its surrounded cities/towns in the State of South Carolina.

Are There Any Fees?Yes, we do conduct fees and it is vary on the situation. We apply the following fees: - Cancelling Appointments Within 24 Hrs - $60 - Payment Recieved Late - $60 - Outstanding Balance - $20/2 weeks Additional Fees will apply and will be determine by us. We encourage all of our clients to advise us of any changes to avoid getting charges.

Are Contracts Required?Yes, when you schedule an appointment with us. You are required to sign a contract before conducting any services. Contacts will be send out on the day we agree on the date and time. We advise all of our clients to have the contract to be read carefully and signed before the day of your service. Failed to sign the contact will result cancellation of your upcoming appointment. Fees may apply. Contracts are sent out either email or text messages. We strongly advise all of our clients to give us your email so we can save it on our database and send out reminders, or send out important documents. Contracts are send out by using services by Square.
