Appointments
When scheduling an appointment with us. You agree that keep that appointment date and time unless you given us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel.
Failure to keep your appointment or have your appointment rescheduled within 24 hours. You may be subject to our "Cancellation Fee" of $50.
Fees
Fees will not be applied to new customers or first-timers. However, we may charge you a fee in the future. A $50 fee will be applied if we do charge you a fee. This fee is not refundable and will not applied to reduce your invoice. If the fee has not been paid. Any services will not continue till the fee has been paid.
We do accept credit cards and debit cards however, a surcharge fee will applied to you for using this method.
Contracts
The client is fully aware that there is a contract for every service we conducted. The client is required to sign this contract before booking an appointment and any service may be conducted. Failure to sign back the contract, will result cancellation of their appointment or service. And if an appointment has been scheduled but not signed the contract before the date of service. The client is subject to our "Cancellation Policy" Fees.
